A New Chapter, Rooted in Love.
Hi, I’m Rocio, the heart behind Heaven Sent by Ro.
I’ve always been drawn to the little things that make a moment unforgettable: the thought behind a carefully chosen detail, the warmth of a beautifully welcoming space, and the feeling of being surrounded by the people who mean the most to you.
My story is shaped by the places and cultures that have always felt close to my heart. With Dominican roots, I grew up understanding that celebrations are about so much more than the occasion itself. They are about family, tradition, heritage, and the beautiful ways we come together to honor the people and moments that shape our lives.
And then there is Italy. Since I was eight years old, I’ve felt an inexplicable connection to this country, as though a part of my soul had always belonged there. Over the years, that feeling grew into a deep love for its culture, its people, its traditions, and the art of finding beauty in the details. What began as a childhood fascination became a meaningful part of who I am and how I envision celebrations.
My Dominican heritage and my love for Italy have shaped the way I see the world, inspiring me to explore the connections between cultures and the many ways love, family, and tradition are celebrated. They have also strengthened my belief that everyone deserves to see pieces of themselves reflected in the wedding and event industry. I want people who look like me, and those whose stories and traditions have not always been represented, to feel seen, welcomed, and celebrated.
My own journey has taught me that life doesn't always unfold the way we imagine. Sometimes, the most meaningful new beginnings come from learning to see beauty in a different direction. That realization led me to turn my love for celebrations into something of my own.
Today, through Heaven Sent by Ro, I bring together thoughtful planning, meaningful design, and a love for the cultural details that make every celebration unique. From New England to Italy and Latin America, my vision is to create experiences that feel deeply personal, thoughtfully considered, and entirely your own.
And just as important as the celebration itself, I want you to feel supported, understood, and at peace throughout the process.
